Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances outstanding from suspicious activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
User Responsibilities & Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Your password and login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with any third party. 2429 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Any suspected unauthorised access or hacking must be reported to our support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 2429 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means
- Interfering with the platform's technical operations or security
- Using another person's account or a false identity

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2429 platform are processed in MYR. We support popular local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, and other local bank transfers.
Deposits made into your account are final and cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. Unsubstantiated cancellation claims may trigger an account investigation. Withdrawals are subject to applicable wagering requirements and identity verification policies.
2429 reserves the right to withhold or suspend payments where there are signs of fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or unresolved identity verification outcomes. The verification process may require you to submit relevant documents before a withdrawal is approved.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility. 2429 does not cover any costs incurred by your bank or digital wallet provider.
Platform Liability Limits
2429 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses experienced by users as a result of using our services, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system errors, or loss of internet connectivity.
We make every effort to ensure the platform runs without interruption, but we do not guarantee 100% service availability at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary disruptions without any compensation to users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2429 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, brand names, and software — is our exclusive property and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without explicit written permission from 2429 management. Copyright infringement may be subject to legal action.
Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
2429 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is subject to a request from a competent authority. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice is sent to the user's registered email.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal forum in Malaysia. Use of the 2429 platform from outside Malaysia is at the user's own risk.
